Don't Miss This Opportunity

Whether you know you want to work in the wine industry or you are just interested in learning more -this program is for you. This is an opportunity to learn from the leaders of the wine industry who believe in the future of our valley and want to invest in the young people who live here.

In addition, you will get to learn alongside a cohort of like-minded students and begin to develop what kind of leader and professional you want to be in the world. Not only is the mentorship paid, but it is an opportunity to invest in yourself for the summer, to open and expand your horizons, and to dream big. We are here to support you through that process, to make sure that your summer is everything you hoped for and more.

At the completion of the program, we have an alumni network that continues to support you in your journey by providing professional development workshops and a range of career support.

"I have been having a blast at my work. It's a great environment to be in. I have been learning a lot about the field I plan to be working in for the rest of my life. It's a learning experience that goes above just working with wine, but also for every day life things."
