Summary
February 24th Class: Safety Leadership: Creating a Culture of Prevention
This class focuses on leading with safety by creating a workplace culture where prevention is a shared responsibility. Participants explore practical ways to engage crews in safety through clear communication, shared accountability, and everyday practices that help identify and address risks before injuries occur.
March 3rd Class: Coaching and Developing Others
This class emphasizes the supervisor's role in developing strong, capable teams. Participants learn how to provide effective feedback, set clear expectations, and recognize individual strengths to support professional growth and long-term success for both employees and the organization.
March 10th Class: Motivation & Engagement During Challenging Times
This session examines ways to maintain motivation and engagement during periods of change or challenge. Participants learn communication and leadership techniques that support resilience, strengthen morale, and promote a positive work culture that encourages consistency and commitment.
Impact
This three-part leadership series will equip supervisors with practical tools to lead safer, stronger, and more engaged teams.
Participants will strengthen safety leadership by promoting shared responsibility and early risk awareness, build coaching skills that support employee growth and clear expectations, and develop strategies to sustain motivation and morale during challenging times.
Together, these sessions will help create workplaces where teams feel supported, prepared, and committed—benefiting both employees and organizations.
