Napa Valley farmworkers are invited to attend a complimentary, comprehensive 3-day conference in Spanish designed to increase viticultural knowledge and expand upon professional skills. This unique event provides an in-depth exploration of the "why" behind essential vineyard practices, while offering valuable opportunities to develop leadership skills.

The Vineyard Champions Series was created to honor the people who work in the vineyard and to recognize dedicated efforts to pursue education for personal and professional development.
