For more than a decade, CULTIVAR has been a signature program of the Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation, providing Napa County vineyard workers with a unique opportunity to deepen their technical expertise, strengthen leadership skills, and advance their careers.
This complimentary three-day Spanish-language conference brings vineyard professionals together for immersive learning, meaningful connection, and professional growth. Participants gain a deeper understanding of the "why" behind essential vineyard practices while developing practical leadership and workplace skills they can apply immediately.
Participants can customize their experience through breakout sessions aligned with their interests, while supervisors and emerging leaders benefit from dedicated leadership tracks designed to build confidence, strengthen communication, improve problem-solving, and prepare them for greater responsibility.
Sessions are led by experts from respected organizations and other leading industry partners, ensuring participants receive practical, relevant, and current knowledge from trusted professionals.
The event helps strengthen individual career pathways, build more effective teams, and support the continued success of Napa Valley's winegrowing community.
Attendance is complimentary for all Napa County vineyard workers.
