CULTIVAR is a signature leadership experience that brings vineyard professionals together for immersive learning, connection, and growth. Over three days, participants engage in a dynamic agenda that blends technical vineyard knowledge with leadership development and practical workplace insights.

CULTIVAR maintains a long-standing reputation for excellence and has been hosted by the Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation for over a decade.
