The Mission
To support and promote Napa Valley’s vineyard workers through education and professional development.
The Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation, founded by the Napa Valley Grapegrowers in 2011, works with the farmworker community and our trusted partners to deliver the resources, programming, and information farmworkers need to drive our community’s primary industry.
Through accessible education and skill-building, we support farmworkers to become leaders in the field and the community. The Foundation reaches nearly 3,000 farmworkers annually and, since its inception, has provided education and professional development opportunities to over 33,000 vineyard workers and their families.
With a deep commitment to Napa Valley’s vineyard workers, the Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation supports and uplifts through education and professional development. As the first organization of its kind in the U.S., it offers life-changing opportunities—advanced training programs, leadership and management courses, mentorship opportunities, and adult literacy classes—that transform lives.
