To support and promote Napa Valley’s vineyard workers through education and professional development.

With a deep commitment to Napa Valley’s vineyard workers, the Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation empowers and uplifts through education and professional development. As the first organization of its kind in the U.S., it offers life-changing opportunities—advanced training programs, leadership and management courses, mentorship opportunities, and adult literacy classes—that transform lives.

Since 2011, the Foundation has reached over 28,000 farmworkers and their families. This incredible impact has fostered personal and professional growth and strengthened the Napa Valley community, creating a more inclusive and thriving region for all.
