El Camino Leadership Program

Latino Leaders Roundtable

We’re proud to recognize members of the Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation team and Education Committee who recently participated in the El Camino Leadership Program through the Latino Leaders Roundtable.

Through this selective leadership experience, Rocío Escobedo, Julio Martínez, Daniela Bazán, and Erika Velázquez strengthened their leadership skills, built confidence, and connected with other emerging Latino leaders committed to creating positive change throughout Napa County.

Designed to prepare Latino leaders to serve on boards, commissions, and other decision-making bodies, the program reflects the importance of investing in leadership development that strengthens both individuals and the community.

We look forward to the continued impact Rocío, Julio, Daniela, and Erika will make across Napa County—both within our programs and beyond.
