Summary
CULTIVAR is a three-day leadership and viticulture conference presented in Spanish for Napa Valley’s vineyard workforce. Participants gain practical knowledge from industry experts, explore current vineyard practices and technology, strengthen their leadership and safety skills, and connect with others working across the Napa Valley wine industry.
Please note that all programs are in Spanish unless otherwise specified.
Attendance is complimentary for all Napa County vineyard workers.

On Tuesday and Thursday, attendees may choose which session to attend based on their interests. No advanced notice is required. Seating is first-come, first-served.
On Wednesday, Leadership Day, supervisors and non-supervisors will follow predetermined tracks to ensure that presentations are tailored to their level of responsibility.
