CULTIVAR reflects this vision—a one-of-a-kind conference where Napa Valley farmworkers deepen viticultural knowledge, strengthen leadership skills, and gain tools for long-term career growth.
Please note that all programs are in Spanish unless otherwise specified.
Attendance is complimentary for all Napa County vineyard workers.

On Tuesday and Thursday, attendees may choose which session to attend based on their interests. No advanced notice is required. Seating is first-come, first-served.
On Wednesday, Leadership Day, supervisors and vineyard professionals (non-supervisors) will follow predetermined tracks to ensure that presentations are tailored to their level of responsibility.
