Impact

Workplace Math equips vineyard workers with practical, confidence-building math skills that directly support smarter decision-making in the field.

Through vineyard-specific examples, participants strengthen their understanding of multiplication, division, and fractions, connecting everyday calculations to real-world farming outcomes. Designed as an intermediate course, the class builds on foundational skills while using the new Farmworker Foundation Workplace Math Book to deepen learning and application. By strengthening math fluency, this course helps individuals grow professionally, improve efficiency and accuracy on the job, and build confidence that extends well beyond the vineyard.
