Summary

This field trip offers vineyard workers an in-depth look at the winemaking process after harvest.

The first stop will be Pine Ridge Vineyards. Tour will be led by Cellar Master Jesus Candelario, featuring wine caves, production facilities, and sustainable farming practices.

From there, we will travel to Shafer Vineyards, where Winemaker Elias Fernandez will lead a cellar tour of the winery’s historic property, which has been producing wines since the 1880s, and share the winery’s approach to sustainable viticulture and the craftsmanship behind its renowned portfolio of wines.

This immersive experience will highlight the seamless connection between vineyard practices and the final product in the bottle. It also offers the chance to deepen knowledge, gain new perspectives, and take pride in being part of every step that brings a specific wine to life.

Arrival and parking instructions will be included in your final event confirmation closer to the event.
