In partnership with UC Berkeley Executive Education at the Haas School of Business, the Foundation hosted its inaugural CULTIVAR360 Leadership Academy, an innovative five-day leadership and management program for Napa Valley vineyard managers and supervisors.

Twenty-one vineyard leaders from across the region traveled to UC Berkeley to participate in an intensive executive education experience typically reserved for corporate and Fortune 500 leaders.

CULTIVAR360 reflects a growing recognition that investing in leadership education for the agricultural workforce yields measurable benefits across organizations and communities. Strengthening supervisory skills and management capacity leads to more effective teams, stronger workplace communication, and a more resilient winegrape industry.

“We are proud to offer many leadership and management programs throughout the year; however, CULTIVAR360 is next level. The success of this unprecedented, inaugural academy proves what’s possible when a region truly invests in its people. Napa Valley stands alone as the only wine region in the world making this level of commitment to farmworker education and professional development, and we’re just getting started.
