Vineyard Champions
Throughout the year, we celebrate Napa Valley farmworkers who are committed to personal and professional development through education and recognize them as Vineyard Champions. Each year, the Vineyard Champions receive prestigious recognition and valuable opportunities for networking and professional development within the wine industry.
Vineyard Champions are thoughtfully chosen through a comprehensive evaluation conducted by the Foundation’s Education Committee and staff.
Criteria includes:
-A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
-Active participation in Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation workshops and programs
-Dedication to excellence in viticulture practices
-Leads by example in the vineyard
Know someone who fits the bill? We’d love to meet them!
