Summary
The Women’s Leadership Workshop is designed for alumni of previous women’s programs. It offers a rich opportunity to strengthen viticulture knowledge, build leadership skills, and foster connections among women who work in the vineyards.
More than just professional education, this workshop will provide a supportive space for women working in the vineyard to connect, share experiences, and grow together.

Impact
Participants described gaining greater confidence speaking with coworkers and leading teams in the vineyard. One participant shared that the workshop helped them “speak with respect to my coworkers and transmit security and confidence so we can work in harmony.” Another reflected on the power of clear leadership, writing that they will work to “be direct and confident in my decisions.” Others highlighted the importance of communication, noting that the training will help them “have more confidence when speaking.”
