The Production Team at Opus One will lead an immersive, behind-the-scenes cellar tour of their Oakville Estate. The experience includes access to their Cellar, Lab, Grand Chai, and Mezzanine – offering a comprehensive view of the innovation, precision, and craftsmanship that define Opus One.
From there, we will travel toInglenook, where Director of Vineyard and Cellar Operations Enrique Herrero will lead a cellar tour, designed in the image and likeness of the vineyard, which has been producing wines since the 1880s, sharing the winery’s approach to sustainable viticulture and winemaking.
