Napa County farmworkers are invited to attend a comprehensive 3-day conference in Spanish designed to increase viticultural knowledge and expand upon professional skills.
This unique event provides an in-depth exploration of the "why" behind essential vineyard practices, while offering valuable opportunities to develop leadership skills. Whether attendees are looking to refine expertise or grow as leaders in the field, the conference serves as a chance to learn and connect while providing tools to support career advancement within Napa Valley’s vibrant viticulture community. Spanish language seminars are presented by industry experts from UC Davis, Relation Insurance, Western Center for Ag Health and Safety, Napa County RCD, Napa County Ag Commissioner’s Office, and more. Cultivar (formerly Leadership & Management) maintains a long-standing reputation for excellence and has been hosted by the Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation for over a decade; it is complimentary to attend for all Napa County vineyard workers.
