Summary

Train-the-Trainer classes are designed to help vineyard supervisors build practical leadership and teaching skills.

The class covers current heat illness regulations, signs and symptoms, hydration requirements, and prevention strategies to help keep crews safe and companies in compliance.

Participants will practice interactive teaching techniques and learn how to lead clear, effective safety trainings for their teams.

This course is intended for supervisors responsible for providing safety training. Limit two participants per company.
