Family & Community

The Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation recognizes that opportunity grows stronger when families feel supported, connected, and included. By bringing people together to learn, strengthen relationships, celebrate culture, and foster a sense of belonging beyond the workplace, building deeper community connections. Through these experiences, the Foundation supports stability, confidence, and shared success that can extend across generations.
